Family Time in the Valley

My family and I just got home from our spring vacation in Maggie Valley. I would firstly like to say that I have never in my life stayed somewhere on vacation that had so many amenities and had such a large amount of linens and other things you might need for a vacation. Paul and Kitty have taken such good care of this place and have made it into a fantastic vacation spot. That being said, the only negative things that I would ever have to say is that the hot tub didn't stay warm (however that surely had to do with the wind ripping up the hillside and across the tub) and a few of the pieces of the individual jets themselves were missing, rendering only a few of the spots in the hot tub "invigoratingly relaxing". That being said, it was still a covered porch with a hot tub so I can't complain. I also thought that it was really cool, despite not using it, that there was a popup kennel for a dog available for use.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your kind review. Extreme cold, which was the case, and the cover off for long periods make it hard to maintain the tub temperature. We have new jets on order and will install them as soon as they arrive.
