Only 1 week left Aug & Sept '08. Now booking summer '09. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets and cool ocean breezes in our new '07 home. Our large lot provides plenty of space for outside activities. This tastefully decorated home includes 3 bedrooms (1-K, 2-Q) 3 baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, den and living room with fireplace. Walk-out basement provides additional living and sleeping space, laundry room, and easy access to the back yard. Attractions include the Nubble lighthouse, Short and Long Sands Beaches, Hawaiian Jim’s Shave Ice, Goldenrod, amusement park, zoo, playground, arcade. Fresh seafood is plentiful in many area restaurants. Our coastal Maine community is conveniently located 1 hour or less from Boston, Manchester, and Portland airports. Each of the three tastefully decorated bedrooms feature large windows which provide plenty of light and refreshing ocean breezes. The Master Suite features a king sized bed, bureau, two night stands, a large walk-in closet and private bath with 5' shower and double bowl vanity. The two additional bedrooms include queen sized beds, large closets, two night stands and bureaus with mirrors. Located in the walk-out basement is a full sized futon, cable TV and DVD. All linens including sheets and towels are provided.

Located in our walk-out basement is our laundry room and family room which includes a full sized futon, cable TV and DVD. Our large lot provides plenty of space for outside activities. Lobster and steak dinners prepared on our grill can be enjoyed either on the picnic table in the back yard or on our sunny deck. Beach chairs are provided as well as a 'little red wagon' for beachgoing. When you come up off the beach, you can easily wash off under our outside shower.
