This unique property located in what many refer to as the 'best spot on Sebago Lake'. Located on the calm waters of Kettle Cove (just behind the Dingley Islands) with afternoon breezes, stunning sunsets, and the comfort and amenities that can only be offered in a lakeside lodge. Take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry facilities. There are three private bedrooms with additional sleeping areas. The property is on a private road, nestled among impressive hemlocks and able to accommodate groups of up to eight overnight guests. You will enjoy sunning on one of the brick patios, sitting fireside next to the outdoor fireplace or walking into the lake right from your front door. There is deep water frontage and docking facilities for boats up to 27' in length. Fall foliage is stunning, winter activities include snowmobiling, ice fishing, cross country skiing and skating. Conveniently located near Kettle Cove Marina as well as the Sebago Lake State Park.

Other Recreation: Golf: Point Sebago offers some of the best golfing in northern New England and there is also a public course on Frye Island. Find yourself golfing along the shoreline of Brandy Pond at the Naples Country Club or in the foothills of Oxford County at Spring Meadows. Trails/Hiking: There are ample hiking opportunities for the beginner hiker including Douglas Mountain located on the West side of Sebago Lake. Please let us know that you are interested in trails and hiking and we will be sure to get you a list of potential destinations. Flower Gardens: Pineland Farms in nearby New Gloucester/Pownal features award winning flower gardens all within the environs of a working dairy farm. SEBAGO LAKE ICE FISHING

This was a lovely property. It is on a quiet, dead end, dirt road. It was immaculate, scenic, and extremely comfortable. The docks worked well for our small boats, and the lake was pristine. We had some tough weather so the inside comfort was also very important. We had great hosts that made sure all our needs, including sports channels and wi-fi were met. The downstairs also gave the teenagers privacy and pleasure. We have stayed at other cottages on the lake, and this was by far the best. We hope to be able to stay there again sometime.

Just returned from a week-long vacation at this beatiful home on the water. They're not kidding when they say it's the best spot on the lake! We've stayed in other areas of Sebago Lake in the past, and this is by far our favorite spot. Perfect place to bring your boat. House is very large and comfortable with all the conveniences of home. Beautiful views from the property. Mark and Sue, the owners, couldn't be nicer. We can't wait to return for our vacation next summer!
