Play in the sand beach all day, or swim around your point lot or jump off the dock into deep blue green refreshing water! Play by day and relax at night by the fireplace, in the hot-tub or in the screened in porch. Bumper Pool table, dart board, and game and books await you for your home away from home. Every room, including the bedrooms overlook the water. Large dock and private boat ramp also await you. Why drive to marina's when you have everything here? Bring your dogs so they can play as well. Private sun room sitting area is off the master bedroom with full bath. Skylights and clear story windows brighten this home to make it a real winner. Screened porch and living areas have a 280 degree view of just water! Full and complete kitchen down to the spices and a bottle of wine upon arrival! The owners wish to make your stay the best you have ever had here at Smith Mtn Lake.

New To Allure: New King bed for the 3rd bedroom that expands to 2 twins is located downstairs. Plus the dock is being expanded so you can sit on the dock and watch the children in the sand beach area that is protected. Sand beach area is directly behind the dock so boats and waves do not knock anyone down. New propane fireplace is also great! Hot-tub overlooking the lake is a wonderful spot to relax. 'the best place on the lake, we have been coming for years and now we have found our home to return to each year for a vacation!'

This house is a true treasure!! We stayed for 1 week - it was PERFECT!!! We couldn't have asked for a better house!! It had everything we could ever want or need!! The Hot Tub was absolutely perfect - the view couldn't have been better!! (the bottle of wine was a very nice touch...) Perfect location, close to everything, but still far enough away to be on vacation. The owners really thought of everything - from the fully stocked kitchen to the chairs on the deck AND the patio - there was truely something for everyone. We made memories to last a lifetime - we will definitely be back!!!! Thanks for sharing such a perfect home with us.
