Due to the fact that people with allergies rent from us NO PETS ARE EVER ALLOWED. Parking for two cars directly in front of the condo and ample parking for more in the walking distance overflow lot.

Very nice condo, lots of beds and space. Nice wilderness environment but still with close access to stores. Great indoor hot tub in the basement too!
We arrived on Friday late afternoon and the place definitely surprised us because the pictures do not do justice with regards to how much space there is. We had 8 adults and 4 kids stay there; at times it was a little tight, but overall we had plenty of room to move around. The hot tub and ping pong table were an added bonus that we used. The back porch was huge for storing all drinks & items you can keep cold. The location was the best part as its right off of the main street and literally a 4 minute drive to Cranmore.
Andy came buy to drop off some items he's adding to the condo so we got to meet him in person; very nice guy who encourage us to have as much fun as possible.
My group of friends would definitely rent this place again. The only downside was that the carpet looked tired, but not a problem for us as everything was clean.

This condo was perfect for our large group. The living/dining room has three large, comfortable couches and could easily fit everyone for meals, games, and karaoke. The rec room in the basement was also great, with a ping-pong table on one side and a hot tub on the other. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the hot tub - it could comfortably fit four or five adults at a time.
The location was ideal for our group. Downhill skiing, snow tubing, and cross-country skiing were only a few minutes away by car. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby as well.
Finally, the owner was incredibly responsive over email.
I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Convenient, ample parking, and surprisely spacious unit! I was a bit hesitant when I saw Alvin and the chipmunks on the listing but that didn't stop me from renting it. Actually the condo turned out to be a perfect fit for all our 9 kiddos. The ping pong and Plasma tv were a hit for our big daddies and the loft was a great hideaway for our kiddos. The fireplace was perfect to dry our mittens from the daily ski trips. Everything worked normally. Location was the best as it is situation in the center of everything and close to all the slopes. Owner was great to work with. Definitely would consider this place again next time.
The place was really nice. It accommodated 15 adults just fine. The hot tub and fireplace was a nice addition. Overall very satisfied, no problems everything was properly outlined by the owners and stated they would be available if any problems arose. Luckily none did, plenty of parking and great location to many major attractions.
One small hiccup were the dates available to dates actually provided, on the site it indicated one thing but turned out to be another, not a big deal perhaps just a glitch on the website but worth mentioning if you are tied to specific dates, I recommend contacting owner before booking.
Nearby are mountain streams and lakes for summertime swimming and fishing, a water park, horseback riding, hiking and biking trails, horse drawn wagon rides, canoeing, kayaking, as well as rock/ice climbing, cross country and downhill skiing, snow shoeing, ice skating, horse drawn sleigh rides, snowmobiling, and of course, tax-free shopping. We have direct access to the New Hampshire snowmobile trail system. Skiing is about five minutes away at Cranmore, a short drive to the slopes at Wildcat and Bretton Woods. Winter and Summer hiking just minutes away in the White Mountains. Take a train ride or drive up Mount Washington or through Crawford Notch. Storyland is 15 minutes away. Santa's Village 40 minutes away. Many trails for beginners and experienced hikers with beautiful views. Trail descriptions and maps to borrow available in the townhouse. Just 2 miles away to Cathedral Ledge for rock climbing or drive to the top for spectacular views, along with swimming at beautiful Echo Lake State Park.
