Over 2,000 square feet of living space with a fully applianced kitchen well suited for multi-family vacations. Open floor plan with deck and screened in porch, gas log fireplace. Finished basement rec room with ping-pong table and hot tub room. Comfortably sleeps 10 to 12. Close to StoryLand, Cranmore, Outlets, restaurants, and all of the Mount Washington Valley attractions, skiing, golf, hiking, biking, mountain biking, sight seeing, fall foliage, National Forest, tax-free outlet shopping just to mention a few. High speed wireless Internet, cable TV in the living room and two bedrooms. We have direct access to the New Hampshire snowmobile trail system, as well as several hiking and mountain bike trails. There is a newly constructed community pool.

Nearby are mountain streams and lakes for summertime swimming and fishing, a water park, horseback riding, hiking and biking trails, horse drawn wagon rides, canoeing, kayaking, as well as rock/ice climbing, cross country and downhill skiing, snow shoeing, ice skating, horse drawn sleigh rides, snowmobiling, and of course, tax-free shopping. We have direct access to the New Hampshire snowmobile trail system. Skiing is close by at Cranmore, a short drive to the slopes at Wildcat and Bretton Woods. Winter and Summer hiking just minutes away in the White Mountains. Take a train ride or drive up Mount Washington or through Crawford Notch. Storyland is 15 minutes away. Santa's Village 40 minutes away. Many trails for beginners and experienced hikers with beautiful views. Trail descriptions and maps to borrow available in the townhouse. Just 2 miles away to Cathedral Ledge for rock climbing or drive to the top for spectacular views, along with swimming at beautiful Echo Lake State Park.

  • Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to start date a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply. Within 14 days the deposit is forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the same time period. In the event of a date change, a $25.00 handling fee will apply and is subject to availability. If there is no availability, the change will be treated as a cancellation. The security deposit is refunded within 21 days of checkout if there is no damage. Any discount tickets, passes or other vouchers which are included in the rental are not refundable. Very clean!

We were up for the long weekend with 3 children ages 4, 5, 6. There were plenty of beds/rooms for sleeping & plenty of space for the children to play. Everything was clean & very well stocked - plenty of cooking equiptment in the kitchen, towels and linens for beds/bath. Looking forward to renting again.

Great place to stay!!

I can't say enough about how much we loved this place. First and foremost, it was extremely clean! We had 3 families in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone, while still maintaining some privacy. Also, it was fully stocked with everything we needed (towels, dishes, pans etc). We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to our friends! Thanks Jan!!!

Great Location - Spacious

There is plenty of space in this well appointed condo. We had six people in our group and the place could have easily accommodated another 3-4.

The location is within walking distance of shopping and several restaurants. Great opportunities for daily runs/walks.

We spent a week, there is so much to do in the area we could have easily stayed another week (horseback riding, mountain climbing, kayaking/tubing, shopping, zip-lining, rock climbing, hiking, dining, theme parks, mini-golf, golf, theater, etc.)

The owners are very friendly and available to assist in any way.

Comfortable well equipped place to relax

We have a big family and this condo was a real hit with everyone. There was plenty of room for all the kids to have their own space. The ping-pong table in the basement was used quite a bit by everyone (we had a bit of rain during our stay). Several of us really enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the humming birds visit the feeder.

We were surprised to see how well equipped the place was. There was even a pack-n-play and safety gate for our one year old grandchild.

The condo is situated close enough to shopping and restaurants that you or the kids could easily walk to them. Our kids took several walks. There are also many activities available within a few minute drive.

We plan on going back to North Conway again and will definitely be looking to see if this place is available.

Great Vacation Getaway

The condo was everything we expected and more. It was very clean! On a nice day, it is within walking distance to various restaurants and shopping outlets. The weather for our weekend was not very cooperative and the condo provided plenty of space for my family! The hot tub, ping-pong table and 4th floor loft were all a big hit with my children! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!
