All I can say is charming.

My family and I rented The Maggie Cottage in May. We were attending our my daughter's graduation from Yale which is located in New Haven, an easy 30 minute drive. (Hotel rooms in New Haven were renting for $500 a night).
The cottage was clean, well located, easy to live in, well stocked with towels and kitchenware. The neighborhood was quiet, great pizza and breakfast close. The bathrooms were tiny, you'll need a plan for 8 adults to get a shower in the morning, but the water was hot! 8 guests in the bedrooms is a squeeze if all are adults, The Maggie cottage would be perfect for 2 couples and a few children.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A great vacation spot

We stayed here and really enjoyed ourselves. The beach is a nearby stroll and very nice and the house very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry machines are a big plus. The owners were very accomodating and helpful. I highly recomend this to anyone looking for a terrific beach experience on the Connecticut shore. Local restaurants and outlet shopping are a wonderful added plus.

Cozy beach cottage

Our family loved staying at the Maggie cottage, such a clean, updated and cozy accommodation. Just a few steps to the beach and in a beautiful neighborhood to walk our dog. One of our favorite parts of the house is the front porch where our two year old and dog would run around safely during the day when we weren't at the beach. Can't wait to go back!
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
