Condo was completely remodeled in 2005 with designer color schemes, new fixtures, cabinets, Corian countertop in kitchen, new refrig, stove, built-in microwave and much more. Fully equipped to make your stay enjoyable. Furniture and furnishing are attractive and tasteful, and bedding is new and comfortable. Cable TV is included as well as local phone service (high speed internet available at extra charge). Complex boasts swimming pool, Jacuzzi, workout room, billiards, crafts, Post Office, Restaurant and more.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.It had everything possible to make us feel at home. It was very clean and well maintained....Fountain of the Sun is a beautiful complex with lots of activities.
I would recomend this condo to my friends and I already have.
