Our luxurious 2000 sq ft condo is located at the beautiful Vista Cay Resort providing easy access to all of Orlando's many attractions. If you are coming to Orlando for a convention, forget the car rental and hassles of parking. Literally walk or take the shuttle to the convention center. Vista Cay is one block from International Drive (with its many shopping and dining opportunities), 1 block from the award winning Shingle Creek Golf Course, 15 min. (10 miles) to Disney World, 5 min. (2.5 miles) to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, 5 min. (1 mile) to Sea World, 15 min. (10 miles) to the Orlando Airport (MCO) 15 min. (10 miles) to downtown Orlando, and 1 hour to Daytona, Busch Gardens, Florida's famed beaches, the Kennedy Space Center and the Port Canaveral cruise dock. Our condo is located just a short walk to the multi-million dollar clubhouse and pool. *note-map quest the Shingle Creek Golf Club for an accurate mapping of Vista Cay Resort just across the street.

  • Transaction Details:
    Reservation Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. The reservation deposit will be applied towards the total balance due. Payment by credit card, check or money order is acceptable. In the event of cancellation, the rental fee (minus reservation deposit) is refundable if written notice is received (by mail, e-mail or fax) 30 or more days before scheduled arrival date for guests that choose to pay the full sum in advance.

We stayed a week in Feb '08 and it was fantastic. The condo is new, clean, and nicely decorated. The pool and clubhouse are beautiful. The employees were helpful. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Great communication with owner prior to the trip.

We hope this unit is available for our 2009 trip.
