3 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bathrooms, sleeps 6.

This lovely home on the Beaufort River was recently renovated with new bathrooms, large closets, and tile throughout. The living area is spacious and very open design. Views and sunsets are exceptional. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 5 minutes from Beaufort, and .5 miles from a public boat ramp. There is a large deck facing the water. The living area has cathedral ceilings, and 2 story glass windows face the water views. Rent includes high speed internet connection for those with their own laptop, phone with unlimited calls within the U.S., all utilities, washer-dryer.

It is dog-friendly, and there is an enclosed area on the side of the house for letting dogs run.

There is also an adjacent property, 2BR, 1BA which sleeps 4, which is also for rent for $1800/month. Minimum rental is one month on both properties.

Beaufort is in the heart of the Low Country, with much of the area wild marshes and rivers and beautiful views. This property is on the Beaufort River, across (and only 5 minutes) from town, yet in a secluded and beautiful setting with gorgeous views of the marsh and river and spectacular sunsets. Beaufort is known for it's history, art, water activities, many festivals and its lovely untouched beaches. It is a wonderful place for family vacations as well as secluded getaways.
