CONDO - ONE BLOCK FROM HAMPTON BEACH

We highly recommend this rental. Where to start? The condo was great and had everything we needed including linens, beach towels/toys/chairs you could borrow, dishes/cooking utensils, grill and more.
It was clean and relatively modern. If you've ever been to Hampton Beach, you know most places are pretty run down and out of date. However this condo was very comfortable and modern. It is great for a family of four. It had the typical beach theme going and felt like our own home. The appliances were nice and everything was very clean. There was a nice TV with a DVD player and all the channels in the living area. The bedroom had the same with a small TV.
The A/C was adequate and plenty of fans were available. We were able to leave the windows open to get fresh air from the great breeze.
We loved the deck which was perfect for sitting out and playing cards, getting some sun, or watching the sun go down.
The condo is not right on the beach, but is just a short walk away from the beach and everything. We have a baby and it was not hard to carry all the extras you need for a day at the beach from the condo out to the water. It is conveniently located so our favorite restaurants and activities were not far away. We could easily walk back if we forgot anything.
My only small complaint was the bed. It was a full size (as advertised). But was an uncomfortable mattress on the kind of frame that moves and squeaks every time you move. We still slept pretty well and for most people this is not an issue but we wanted to mention it in case this is important to you.
The owner was very nice and available. We didn’t have any problems but we could tell he would have been happy to help if we needed him.
The listing description was accurate, the condo was clean and comfortable, the price was fair, and the owner was great. We’ve been staying at Hampton Beach for years and this was our best stay yet.
