Photos and Description of the Hampton Beach vacation condo rental 2 Bedrooms (double bed - bunk beds) - 1 Bathroom - Sleeps 4 (plus sofa bed).

New condo, new appliances, new furnishings. Air conditioned. Cable TV. Linens and towels included. Cozy deck for relaxing after a day of beach activities. One block to the sand and only a few blocks to concessions, playground, restaurants, water park, arcade, etc. Just bring your shorts, swimsuits, sandals, and suntan oil. Off-street parking for one car - season parking pass for another vehicle at a secure parking lot located 50 yards further down the street.

Beach community with lots of entertainment, plenty of restaurants, gift shops galore, amusements, a very large playground right at the beach, and the Hampton Beach Casino - an auditorium that pulls in many first-line entertainers. In addition to the mile and a half long beach, there is a water slide park. One truly great thing about Hampton Beach is that the beach is completely cleaned each day.

Family Oriented Neighborhood: The condo is located on Keefe Avenue, one of the more family-friendly locations at Hampton Beach. We ask our renters to lower the volume on noise at 1030pm each night.
