Very family friendly unit on the 2nd floor-safe for kids of all ages. The balcony is right over the main pool. MANY PARENTS PREFER 2nd FLOOR LOCATION FOR SAFETY REASONS.

Newly renovated spacious (912-square-foot) beach front condominium on the second floor with the huge balcony directly over the pool where all the action is!

This unit #214 is located at the center of the complex with easy access to everything: sauna, fitness gym, white sand beach. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. All appliances are new. Recent renovation included new tile in all rooms, 2 new sofabeds in the living room - it allows for 1 extra person (7th) to be comfortably accommodated in the unit.

Besides additional (7th) sleeping place on the 2nd sofabed, the unit features master bedroom in hall area

( sleeps 2) and a master bedroom with a brand n

The unit was recently renovated ( November 2011)

Second floor provides proximity to the pools, beach, game room, excellent wi-fi reception ( free).

Directly from our balcony you can supervise your kids playing in a pool , balcony is huge and has beach chairs.

Two new comfortable leather sofa - beds provide for great comfort and extra sleeping place.

Linen and fresh towels are provided.

Unit features 2 TV sets - one in a Living area - Dining room, the other one in a master bedroom.

This condo was everything we expected. The view was great, the pools were huge and always clean. Being on the second floor was very convenient, meaning we didnt have to stand in line for elevators, major plus. Victor was great to work with and we will be staying there again next year.

The condo was perfect, especially the view! It was very cleaned! Victor was very friendly and easy to work with. Everything we needed was there in the condo! And it is very convenient to everything. We will be renting from Victor again next year! Thank you for an awesome vacation experience!

We are an average family of mom, dad, and kids on a vacation. Condo worked for all our needs. We had a wonderful view, close to everything, and very friendly staff. We felt very safe in and around our condo. The pools are very large and clean.

My wife and I have been staying at this unit for 6 years and have always found it clean and well furnished. The 2nd floor location is very convenient. The view of the pools and ocean are great.We have already booked for next year. The rate is all inclusive, thats a good deal. We would definitely recommend this unit.

I have stayed in this unit for the last 4 years. It’s a great room on the 2nd floor. The unit has great views. The condo is very nice and I feel safe while staying there. Have great amenities on site. It is in a good location. I would recommend it for anybody looking for a great deal! I have already booked it for 2012. The owner is very easy to deal with makes it an easy transaction. Can’t wait to go back!
