Located on the plarinum coast of Barbados(west Coast), this well appointed, beautifully furnished villa enjoys an elevated position with sea views and cooling breezes. In a quiet cul de sac, this four bedroom, three and a half bathroom villa is of an open plan and opens out to a west facing patio and an east facing pool deck with an inviting plunge pool. Enjoy the well manicured gardens or take a walk down to the beach and enjoy a splash in our beautiful calm waters. Swim with the turtles or take advantage of one of our many waters sports on offer along this beach. In the evening, relax with a rum punch (or your favourite drink) on the patio enjoying the sun set, before going out to savour one of the restaurants A very quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of shops and services. We look forward to welcoming you to our island paradise.

ABOUT THE VILLA:: Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the John's Plain area of Holders, St.James, this lovely four bedroom OCEAN VIEW villa with plunge pool is the ideal spot to spend your vacation in our island paradise. The four bedroom, three and a half bathroom villa is of an open plan with high ceilings and great entertainment spaces. The floors are polished South American hardwood throughout, except in the bathrooms and kitchen, which are tiled and it is furnished with lovely Barbados Antiques

THE LAY OUT:: To the west is a large covered deck which overlooks the garden and a view of the ocean and fabulous sunsets can be enjoyed from here. The Master bedroom leads onto a private terrace where you can enjoy the North East Garden and the enticing swimming pool. There is a formal dining room, or you can dine on any one of the three terraces. The formal areas are tastefully furnished with an antique influence.

ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:: A stone's throw away from the Sandy Lane Green Monkey Golf Course and the Holders Polo Field, a very quiet secluded neighbour hood; yet in the heart of the happenings of the West Coast. Near shops, Restaurants and Services.
