If you have never been to Bear Trap Dunes, you are in for a treat. This much sought after resort has it all. Twenty-seven holes of Championship golf, two outdoor pools, a Pavilion with a full workout center, a heated indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, showers, community room with TV, huge outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, a computer to check your email, and five HAR-TRU tennis courts. Bear Trap Dunes Clubhouse a first rate Pro shop, and a great restaurant for lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. At Bear Essentials Market you'll find a gourmet deli, newspapers, and many food items. And best of all, there is a shuttle to the beach that runs every half hour in high season. No parking hassles!

Third bedroom is a semi enclosed loft with 2 twins and a full bathroom and closet. Unit sleeps 6 privately, 8 with pullout queen sofa bed in living room.

The main level of our second floor unit features an open and airy great room with a cathedral ceiling, a full dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area for reading, a master bedroom/bathroom, and a second bedroom and bathroom. A screened-in porch offers dining al-fresco, which opens to a peaceful deck with a spectacular view of the pond. Upstairs you will find a very private loft with a full bath. The tastefully decorated master bedroom suite features a comfy King-size bed, walk-in closet, and full bath. The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, and full-sized hall bath. The loft bedroom has two twin beds and its own full bath and large closet. There are four TVs, a DVD, VCR, and full-sized washer and dryer. For your convenience, we provide beach chairs, and a cooler.

I was so happy with this unit.The unit had everthing you would need. It felt more like a home then a rental unit. To start,we never stayed in ocean view DE. I talked to Laurel about her unit. She told me about the area and the things we could do. She was right on. The beach, shopping,the resort, and her beautiful home. We truly had a great time. I plan on comming back, Thank-You Laurel Simon

Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, all the amenities we needed to make our vacation great. We loved the screened-in deck overlooking the pond and farmlands, watching the sunset. An easy walk to the Pavillion. A totally serene getaway. We'll be back!
