This beautifully appointed penthouse condo at the Sabine has amazing unobstructed views of Pensacola Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The interior of the condo is top notch, not your average beach condo. New for 2007 we have added high speed internet access. Located directly across from public beach access, this property backs up to Little Sabine Bay and even has a boat launch and plenty of trailer storage space if you have a boat you would like to bring. The pool and tennis courts overlook the Bay - but the best views are of the Gulf - from both bedrooms, the family room, and from the expansive balcony. The building also features a fitness room and a cards/games room by the pool to relax in. Our condominium is a two bedroom, two bath - with a Queen sleeper in the family room for an occupancy of six adults. Full kitchen, and every comfort of home will have you back to visit year after year. It is one of only three penthouse units with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

We stayed in this beautiful condo for 5 days. There were 5 of us who stayed very comfortably here. It is a penthouse unit and the view of the ocean and beach is unobstructed and magnificent. There is large balcony -perfect for enjoying drinks while you look over Pensacola Beach.

We had a fantastic time. Pensacola Beach is truly beautiful and the condo is quite luxurious and had everything we needed for the week. Wouldn't change a thing and will definately be back next year. Thanks
