St Felix Beach House is an oceanfront vacation home located directly on the beautiful coastline of Prince Edward Island overlooking the Gulf of St Lawrence. Prince Edward Island is known for its beautiful beaches and having the warmest waters north of the Carolinas.
You can enjoy the spectacular views from every window of this exceptional oceanfront property. The location is very secluded and peaceful with incredible views of the ocean and the sand dunes and you have the ocean and miles of beautiful sandy beach only steps away from your front door.
The house comfortably sleeps 13 all in beds.
There are 5 large bedrooms…the master has a king and a single; bedroom two has a queen; bedroom three has a king; bedroom four has two doubles; and bedroom five has two twins.
Your entire group can comfortably enjoy the spacious living room and dining room with plenty of room for everyone to sit. The fireplace in the livingroom is enjoyable for fall getaways.
The eat-in kitchen is quite well equipped with quality appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, two microwaves, stove/oven, dishwasher, two coffee makers, two toasters and an abundance supply of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. An outdoor cooker and barbecue are provided for your enjoyment within a screened- in porch area.
The house is heated and each room has its own thermostat.
The house has a wonderful wrap-around deck for your morning enjoyment or evening barbecues. There is a spacious screened-in area for your enjoyment. The beach is easily accessible and is only steps away. Other than the two other families in the area or the occasional walker on the beach, St Felix Beach House is fairly private. You can laze away your days on the sandy beach which goes on for miles and the swimming is safe for children. In the evening many families enjoy having a bonfire on the beach with friends and family.
For the golfing enthusiasts there is the renowned Mill River Resort Golf Course and for the family golfers we have the St Felix Golf Course...both very close to the beach house. Fishing and deep Sea fishing excursions are available. Fabulous biking trails right from our driveway. Our biking trails go from one end of the island to the other.
The comments from most of our guests include many of the following ... that the house is great for large groups. You can comfortably hang out together or find your own little nook to curl up with a book. Having the beach right there allows everyone to be on their own schedule particularly with young children. You don’t have to drive anywhere. They also comment about the soothing sounds of the rolling surf as they sleep. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular.
