Aqua Terra is a magnificent & comfortable 2-story home, 500 ft from the Gulf of Mexico with private beach access & new private heated pool with lighted water feature. This home has been newly furnished & decorated in early 2007. The large master bedroom, with TV sitting area & wireless Internet, is located on the main floor with the very efficient galley kitchen, spacious living room and dining area. The back covered patio, on the same level, has a high-end stainless steel BBQ Grill, outside table with seating for six and a beautiful view of the pool & lighted waterfall. The second floor has two large guest bedrooms, each with their own private bath & balcony. Front balcony has a partial view of the Gulf, a view of the sand volleyball court, community pool and tennis courts. Aqua Terra is nestled in an upscale community of million dollar homes called Terra Cotta Terrace. Aqua Terra is family & pet friendly, and a premier property.

In additional to our private pool, the development has a community pool, tennis courts (so bring your rackets), and sand volley ball court.

What a wonderful "girls only" long weekend we had at Aqua Terra! The accommodations were terrific and Rick and Debbie delightful. I've been coming to Destin for 27 years and this was positively the best place we've stayed. We will be back and just might even let the guys join us next time. Thanks Rick and Debbie.

Rick,
Had a wonderful stay at your Aqua Terra property in Destin, FL. Your home was extremely clean and the decor was lovely. The floor plan was especially spacious and provided two kids and two dogs with plenty of room. The property had all the ammenities of home. The private pool was a great perk for the kids. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the Destin area.

Rick and Debbie, this was our third visit to one of your properties (different one each time) and each time we have been delighted and pleasantly surprised by the amenities of each of the properties, as well as your hospitality and eagerness to make our stay as pleasant as possible. You've certainly developed a "niche" in the vacation market by offering tastefully appointed AND pet-friendly properties that make us and our 4-legged "kids" feel like we are at our home away from home in our favorite vacation destination. We became believers with our first rental with you and look forward to many more in the future.
