This can be Your Home Away from Home. You just will not believe this amazing property. This house is a 4,800 square foot home with an additional 1,000 square feet for the attached 3 car garage. It is a Contemporary Luxury all brick home with an 18' vaulted entrance foyer. The Living Room has a Marble Fireplace and wood flooring. The Family Room has a large 56' DLP TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo Equipment. The Dining Room has French Doors that open out to a large composite Deck. The Lower Level Basement is very sizable and has another Fireplace and a Walkout into the Backyard Area with a Large Over-sized Campfire Pit. The Backyard Area also has a Large Gas Bar-B-Que Grill as well as a Char-coal Grill. There is plenty of room for Kids in the Backyard as well as Large Swingset. The House is in a quite area that has many Sand-Stone Rock Formations on the Property. Yet, it is only 2 miles away form the many Attractions and Restaurants in the Wisconsin Dells Areal Close, But Very Quiet.

The Wisconsin Dells Area has Many Attractions and Resteraunts. The most popular and well known attractions of the Dells are its many Waterparks. There are also Boat Tours, Duck Tours, Go Karting, Rollercoasters, Ski Shows, Live Entertainment Dinner Shows, Music Theatres, Beautiful Golf Courses, and of course, a sizeable Outlet Mall. The many Resteraunts in the area range from Fast Food to Casual Dining to Very Fine Dining. The Dells area has so many Attractions and Resteraunts for all ages. This property is located just minutes away from it all, yet is very quiet and away from it all as well. A Super Wall-Mart with a large grocery store is also conveniently located between the house and the Dells Area Attractions.

  • $1500.00 - $3500.00 per property per week
  • 2 or 3 Night Minimum may be required on Reservations. Weekend Rates posted above include either a Friday & Saturday Night Stay OR a Saturday & Sunday Night Stay. Holidays such as Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Etc... may have a 3 Night Minimum Requirement. Free Night Offers are based on Weekday Rates. Rates are subject to change without notice. A $1,000.00 Security Deposit is Required by Cash, Money Order, Certified Check, Credit Card via PayPal or (Personal Check - Only if mailed at least 15 days prior to arrival date). A 50 % Reservation Deposit is due within 10 days after making a reservation. Balance and Security Deposit is due On or Before Arrival Date. Cancellation Policy: Reservation Deposits are refundable and are as follows: Cancellations recieved 31 or more days before the arrival date is subject to a 10% fee, 21-30 days is subject to a 25% fee, 11-20 days is subject to a 50% fee, 1-10 days is subject to a 100% fee or deposit forfeiture.
  • Rates do not include State and Local Taxes. Optional Cleaning or Housekeeping Service is available during your stay for a Fee of $95 per cleaning in addition to the Rates listed above. There is no cleaning fee costs to you when you check-out unless you had Housekeeping Service during your stay. You Must Be Over the Age of 24 in order to Make a Reservation. Maximum Capacity is 17 Persons - including all children. Intentional Misrepresentation Will Result in Immediate Eviction with No Refunds.

Notes: Smoking is Not Allowed Inside the House. However, you are able to smoke in the Attached Garage or anywhere outside the house. Absolutely No Pets are Allowed Inside the House at any time. The ony possible pet that may be permitted on the property would be the family dog - which must be appropved at the time the reservation is made prior to arrival. If you are approved to bring your dog, a 100 square foot foldable wooden gated Kennel is available at no extra charge. Also, an additional Security Deposit of $500 will be necessary if you are approved to bringing your dog.

Beautiful home, big and quiet.

We stayed at the house on the weekend of 8/21/09. This house is gorgegous and luxurious from the look outside to the inside. You could compare to staying at a suite of a 5 stars hotel. It is big enough for 15 or more people. We never felt crowed at all. Plenty of space for the kids to play. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, the house is on the hill in the wooded area. You could feel like you in a cottage, but it is only 5 minutes from the Dells actractions. The owner is a very nice gentleman, he showed us around and made sure we have the best stay for our vacation. I would highly recommend this house to any big family. You will have great memories staying at this house.

Memorable Family Vacation

We vacationed at this home Aug 4 - 8th (4 nights) and loved it. Our group consisted of my husband & kids and my parents (Grandma & Grandpa) and my 2 sisters with their spouses and kids. In all 8 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 children and 1 toddler. The house is huge and very clean. Very nice firepit outside and plenty of outside chairs. Nice quiet location, yet only 5 to 10 minutes away from all the Dells attractions. The owner, Joe, was very, very accomdating for us. He is a super nice guy and very easy to work with. Plenty of room. My kids kept referring to the house as 'our mansion'. All pots/pans/utensils that you would need are in the house. We really loved our vacation! The only negative to the house was that there is no handrails on the upstairs stairwell. This is not a safety issue at all - as there is a full wall - Grandpa had just mentioned it would be easier to get up and down the stairs with a handrailing rather than using the wall for support. But not really a big deal - we made due and everyone had a great time. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and dresser space. My son loved the 56 inch tv to play his playstion that we brought with us on.

2009 Vacation in The Dells

My family and I rented this home for our family vacation get away. The house is spectacular, somewhat secluded, very modern and nicely decorated inside and well kelp landscape outside. It is huge. There were 15 of us that stayed in the home, with no chance of any of us feeling crowded or in each other’s space. We were sad when our vacation ended.

You will love this house, it was GREAT!!!

Great House!

Our family from the southern parts of WI and myself, from MN, met for our family weekend here. It was a central location. The house is beautiful. We had a total of 12 people that ended up staying here. There is so much room! Having 3 bathrooms with our number was great. We spent time outside playing yard games and having a fire at night in the beautiful fire pit. You are close to stores if you need them, yet you feel like you are alone in the country here. We actually tried to stay away from the hussle and bussle of the Dells but it is close to everything that Dells has to offer if that is what you are looking for. We would definitely rent this again!
