Sunsets and Relaxation
My husband and I enjoyed a week in this well stocked, conveniently located condo. The on site staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Everything we encoountered on the premises was clean and well maintained. You can walk for miles on the beach and snorkel right off shore. Plenty of lounge chairs and Tiki Cabanas to shield the sun. The location was key for us as the condo is still on beautiful Seven Mile Beach, but at the north end away from the congestion and chaos of the high rise area. Renting a car is necessary in our opinion if you want to explore the island and get around. Although there is a bus system, we rarely saw anyone at the stops and didn't notice too many buses on the road. Driving was easy even for Americans used to driving on the right as the roads are well marked, wide and well maintained. We enjoyed a day out at Rum Point and Kaibo Beach, but our favorite snorkeling spot was Smith Cove. Pack a picnic and enjoy the day. Georgetown is nice, but be mindful of the cruise ship crowd who seem to take over. After 3 o'clock it quiets down. Working with the owner Melinda was a breeze, as she was extremely responsive and full of helpful information. Worthy of the five star rating if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay on the beach. The sunsets every evening were SPECTACULAR.
