Bright & sunny studio style condo in a small quiet complex only 100 yards away from 7 miles of sandy beach! Recently painted throughout and all new flooring. Perfect for a couple or small family. Queen size bed & futon, full bath w/ tub & shower, fully equipped kitchen w/ new stove & off street parking for 1 car. Only 2.5 miles from the center of Old Orchard Beach....just far enough away from all commotion but still within walking distance. This is a great little place to retire to after a day at the beach! (no smoking, please)

Pine Point offers all summertime activities close by. Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, fishing, biking, eating lobster & ice cream! Walk to Old Orchard Beach for fireworks every Thursday night at the amusement park & pier. Shopping is only a short drive, South Portland's Maine Mall is about a 7 miles away while Kittery's Factory Outlets is 40 minutes away. Portland's Old Port featuring lots of unique shops & restaurants and further north in Freeport is LL Bean. (about a 50 minute drive)
