Amenities include: - Ocean views from upstairs bedrooms - Backyard for children to play - Deck with grill - Full appliances, kitchen with dishwasher - Washer and Dryer - TV with cable - Wireless Internet. Neighborhood includes basketball/tennis courts and playgrounds (within 100 yards). Short drive to Newport. Point Judith and Block Island ferry just a couple of minutes away.
