Located on a quiet street off of Paseo del Peralta. Easy walk to the Plaza and many restaurants and attractions. Separate entrance condo that was just painted and decorated in the Santa Fe style. Two fireplaces, master bedroom suite, garage, all new appliances, gas grill, DVD, iPod doc, wireless internet, completely equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, outside seating, and much more.

Santa Fe is a wonderfully diverse area. It is the second largest art community in the US with galleries and museums throughout the area. There is a strong Native American influence which you can learn more about by visiting one of the many pueblos or ruins within an easy drive. It is an area rich with festivals and a world class opera company. The food and places to dine are extraordinary. If you like adventure, you are surrounded by mountains that offer many hiking and biking trails. Don't forget to check out one of the many spas or hot springs in the area.

What an enchanting place to hang your hat while exploring Santa Fe. We recently spent Christmas week here with our two young children and it was one of the best holiday experiences ever. The location was perfect, and the accommodations superb. Stunning architectural features and gorgeous decor perfectly balanced with a cozy warmth that made us feel instantly at home- so much so that leaving was quite an emotional experience. We couldn't have asked for more!

Sweet Little Casita Near Downtown

This Casita gives visitors a pleasant break from the bustle of downtown. Located within an easy walking distance to downtown in a well kept compound, it was a delight to spend a week relaxing and absorbing the ambiance that is uniquely Santa Fe. The owners were wonderful in booking and answering any questions. The unit exceeded our expectations and was well equipped for all of our needs. It was truly a home away from home. I would highly recommend any visitors to Santa Fe consider this superb property at an excellent value.
