Our condo is on the eighteenth floor of Tower Four and directly faces The Gulf of Mexico. Just imagine waking up every morning to the sounds of waves and the cool breeze from the Gulf. Its also the closest tower to The Lifestyle Center where there are three pools and spas (one indoor), a restaurant, casual dining, fitness center, full-service spa, and lounge. Tower Four also has its own pool and spa that overlooks the Bay for more privacy. We have filled our condo with luxury amenities, including bathrobes, bathroom products from L'OCCITANE, flatscreen LCD TVs, and nice sheets and towels. Very family-friendly condo with high chair, pack-and-play, plastic plates and cups, XBOX with games, library of kids' movies, etc.

The Portofino is the last resort on the eastern end of Pensacola Beach. To the east is the National Seashore that spans for 10 miles. It is also two miles from the Boardwalk where there are many restaurants and shopping to chose from. Historic Downtown Pensacola is also a great place to visit. Of course, Pensacola Naval Base (15 miles away) is the home of the Blue Angels and the Air Museum. The Portofino is far enough away to relax on the Gulf, but also convenient to anything you want to do.

The Portofino Resort and Spa.: Away from the noise and traffic of beach towns, but yet close enough to everything you need. The resort is next to a quiet residential community at one end and The National Seashore on the other. Take advantage of the sugar white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and on Santa Rosa Bay. There are eight heated pools and spas to chose from, five rubico clay tennis courts, the 40,000 square foot Lifestyle Center with a Spa, Fitness Center, Terra Cotta gourmet restaurant, gift shop, and lounge with a big-screen TV. Concierge services will set up tee times at Tiger Point, a 36 hole championship course, or charter boat fishing. So many things to do, there's never enough time.

Luxurious Accommodations.: Our two bedroom, two and a half bath condo is in Tower Four and was designer decorated and finished April 2006. In the living room, there is a 42 inch plasma TV with expanded cable, DVD/VCR player, stereo system, and a sectional sofa with chaise to lounge in. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the balcony for the best Gulf views. Master bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom also has floor-to-ceiling windows and its own bathroom. For the comfort of our guests, each bedroom has 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets with memory-foam mattress pads.

Exclusive resort.: **Portofino Resort has 24-hour gated security. **On eighteenth floor, our unit overlooks the entire Santa Rosa Island and the Gulf. **Very open floorplan with floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views from EVERY room. **Tile floors and granite countertops throughout. **Outdoor electric grill. **Full size washer and dryer in unit.

The Perfect Pensacola vacation!

We cannot begin to express our happiness at the first sight of this gorgeous condo. The Portofino resort is marvelous, and this unit in particular had everything that we could have wanted. Louis has thought of everything, and pays close attention to detail. The unit was clean, well-supplied, and elegant. We were very comfortable. Our two teenage daughters very much appreciated the two boogie boards that were provided, and my husband and I made good use of the beach chairs. There are many good local restaurants to enjoy, as well as an excellent one in the resort. The girls highly recommend the banana smoothies they were served poolside. On a rainy day, Destin (with so much shopping!) is a short hour drive away.The girls also were able to parasail with Key Sailing and the guys there made it an exciting and fun experience for all of us! Louis was a gem to work with, he communicated with us before, during and after our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again! We hope to come back soon!!

A Perfect Vacation

Words cannot describe how perfect this vacation was for our family! We have 2 small children (ages 2 and 4) and I couldn't have experienced a better vacation anywhere else! The condo was perfect for us. We were able to cook every meal in the kitchen and the grill was used every day. Being able to do our own laundry in the condo was perfect for us, especially because of the kids and all their clothes and bathing suits. The beaches were perfect with crystal clear water...we even saw dolphins and a sea turtle while sitting on the beach! Everything was convenient, quiet, and exceptionally clean. Doing business with Louis was easy...he was very informative, helpful, and even contacted us at the condo to make sure we were enjoying our stay! We will be back again in the future, and I will not even consider staying anywhere else.

Amazing Vacation!!

My family and I just returned from a week at the Portofino. What an amazing place! We love Pensacola Beach - and there is no competition when it comes to accommodations. We will never be able to stay anywhere but here again! The staff members are very friendly, the condo we stayed in was gorgeously decorated, and the owners were gracious. The condo had every comfort of home and is beautifully maintained. We sat around the dining room table and played board games at night - something we rarely do at home. It was fantastic! We enjoyed all the extras! The condo owners were very thoughtful!! The pools and jacuzzis are very clean. The atmosphere was perfect. We will be back!!

Awsome Vacation

Portofino was a great place to stay, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave outstanding customer service. We rented from the owner and everything was great. Our condo was as good as a five star hotel. The view was excellent. The condo was beautifully furnished, had two beach chairs w/umbrella for the beach, and all the kitchen appliances you would find at home. Our friends that went with us were very impressed with everything. It was very easy to contact the owner, pay him and all the information in accessing the property amenities were very will explained. The owner made available local restaurant menus so it was easy to decide where to go. Our favorite restaurant was Hemingways and Peg Leg Petes. The beach around the resort was very clean, not heavily populated, and very relaxing. The resort activities were fun and easily charged to our room so that we could pay for everything when we checked out. We will use this owner and property again. Our friends were so impressed they plan on using this owner and property as well. We previously rented this unit and were there with 3 kids; this unit was very spacious and accommodated a family nicely.
Impressed with the resort, owner, and all the activities. We love Pensacola Beach and we feel that this is the best place to stay on Pensacola Beach. We will continue to make this a vacation destination every year.

The condo was fantastic--- beautifully decorated and the views were amazing. Beach was so beautful and the pools were awesome. Louis is a pleasure to work with. We will defintely be back!!!
