Right in the heart of town, a half a block from waterfront dining, coffee houses, ATMs, best places to shop, etc. Most guests walk to everything and never step in their car! There is a charming, private backyard that is perfect for grilling on the gourmet gas grill. The kitchen is sunny and spacious with new, stainless steel appliances and complete with everything a cook requires. The house is fully equipped with gas grill, wi-fi high speed internet, flat screen TV, DVD, large gas grill, outside dining, deck, linens, towels, games, books, etc. 31 Extension Street is a legal guesthouse in Newport and approved for weekly rentals by the town. Credit Cards accepted!

Where is the house located?: There is no better location in Newport! It's right downtown, by the harbor and is walking distance to everything! You are a half a block from the locally owned coffee shop, waterfront dining, trendy shops, etc. You can walk 10 minutes to the famous mansions or the grocery store. There is no reason to ever drive!

What is included?: The house up-to-date, tastefully furnished and includes everything you need for your vacation from linens/towels to a full kitchen ready to cook and grill. Free wireless internet, I-pod connectors, stereo, DVD, books, games, large gas grill, plenty of outside seating all make this house a perfect retreat that has all the comforts of home.

Great time in Newport

Everything that was in the listing was accurate. The location was a 5-10 minute walk to everywhere I had specified I wanted to be near. The 1 thing that stood out, is you could tell the renter really cared about my stay, and whether I was going to have a good time. I will try and rent from this renter for every stay I have in Newport from now on.

I had a great time in Newport this July! We have been renting in Newport for 10 years and became almost accustomed to "party pads" We were so happy to find a well maintained and chic house in such an ideal location. We will be back next July! She's such a sweetheart to deal with too!

Where to start...Firstly, great to deal with propoerty owner directly...no "middle man". Charming three bedroom house with character, located right in the heart of downtown Newport. This house is ideally suited to a group or family looking to be within walking distance to all the amenities Newport has to offer. Prior to booking this property, I had spent many many hours on the internet planning our visit to Newport from Australia. This property represented the best value for money I could find.
Highly recomended...Thankyou Olga!!
