CHARMING SCOTTSDALE TOWNHOUSE, QUIET,VERY CLEAN, NEAR MAYO AND GOLFING

my friend and i go to scottsdale each year for some golf and the car auctions. we have rented a place for the past 4 years for this purpose. this place was the best yet. two bedrooms, two and a half baths, three tv's, just down the block from food shopping, exactly what we need. the owner keeps the place perfect. everything is well marked, from the light switches to the driving directions. now if only he could help me with my golf swing!! we will try to rent the same place again next year.

There is so much to stay about our brief vacation in Scottsdale. My husband was invited here to speak in a conference and my brother and his family live here. It was the perfect opportunity to take a family vacation.

Don and Jan were very hospitable. They provided beyond everything as indicated in this adverstisement. There were pool towels, coffee, coffee filters, extra pillows, blankets, sheets, etc. Their place is clean and immaculate. The kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need. The pool was quiet, clean, enjoyable and warm. The kids enjoyed the pool every day with the glorious Arizona sunshine. Don and Jan were available by phone if there were any problems or questions. They are very nice people to rent from.

During our stay, we hiked Pinnacle Peak and a portion of Camelback Mountain. We took a day trip to Sedona and enjoyed a jeep tour of the Broken Arrow Trail. The weather was perfect in Sedona, as well. We spent some time at Desert Ridge mall and in the Kierland plaza (where my six-year-old daughter and her four-year-old cousin spent time playing in the water splash pad). We went to Cave Creek and Grease Wood Flats. These were both unique places. We enjoyed many wonderful dinners out, as there are so many choices in the area.

This is a great place to vacation and a peaceful place to rent. The grounds were also immaculate with beautiful flowers and shrubs.

We would definitely rent from Don and Jan again, if the opportunity arises!

My husband and I loved our stay at Don and Jan's townhome. We were in Scottsdale to go to the Mayo Clinic and this townhouse was in the perfect location! It was 10 min to the Clinic and 15 min to the Mayo Hospital. The PHX airport was just 20 min. away. It's close to restaurants, shopping and just about anything you would want. Very central location for anything you would want to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

The townhouse was clean, bright and comfortable. Don, the owner, went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. He made sure that all our needs were met. He provided great directions, terrific suggestions for places to eat, and even had a grocery discount card and an entertainment book for our use.

The owners provided everything we needed to make us feel at home. They made sure there were extra linens, beach towels, guide books, soap and even provided coffee and coffee filters. It's the little things you need when you are gone that mean the most and Don and Jan made sure that all the bases were covered.The pool and hot tub was a very short walk away and was a great place to hang out for relaxation and sun. As a bonus, we had it all to ourselves everyday.

Fountain Hill is about 20 min away and we visited the park and watched the famous fountain go off on the hour. From there we drove up Mount McDowell and hiked through the Sonoran Desert. We also took a day trip to Tombstone and watched the gunifght at the OK Coral. At night we went to Old Town Scottsdale and had dinner outside and perused all the shops. Sedona is also a day trip from the townhouse and is breathtakingly beautiful.

After and between the Mayo visits and all our sightseeing, we looked forward to coming home to the townhouse and relaxing. My favorite thing was to take a bath in the huge master bathroom tub. If you enjoy soaking, don't forget the bubbles!

We loved the townhouse, the location and the amenities and plan on staying there next time we return to the area! Thank you Don and Jan for making our stay such a pleasant one!!!
