Beautiful but cramped
Whilst the ManorHouse would sleep the number advertised, and certainly has enough crockery and cooking equipment to manage comfortably, we found the whole place to be cramped. Most bedrooms had one or more bed than was comfortable, there actually isn’t enough sofa space for everyone, and the dining table is difficult to use due to being so close to the wall, with no space to move it out. The kitchen, while well equipped, has very little work space and is not able to cope with more tham2 or 3 people cooking. Having said that, the house is lovely, with fantastic grounds, a well equipped games room, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The Xmas day power cut spoilt but didn’t ruin our stay, thanks to the gas camping burner provided, allowing us to make tea!

Well equipped accommodation in fabulous setting with plenty of space in the family areas
We were a family group of 12 spanning 3 generations, complete with two family dogs for a New Year get together. The Manor House was warm and toasty for our elderly parents - and the hot tub and games room meant the teens/twenties were happy too. The (almost completely dog proof) garden was perfect for our two dogs, who had lots of space to run about in. The kitchen was well equipped, and the location was excellent for Blenheim Palace and Witney (free parking and dog friendly coffee shops!).
