Luxury 5 bedroom mountain home:
Imagine cross-country skiing in the moon light right out your door. During the day, ski the moguls at nearby Winter Park- Mary Jane Resort or take the kids tubing at the old fashion Fraser Tubing Hill. Then warm up with hot cocoa by the fire or in the 8 person outdoor hot tub, soaking in the serene forest and meadow views. This spacious, 3500 sq ft, tastefully decorated, 'Round House' accommodates up to 18 people very comfortably and allows multiple families, reunions or corporate retreats to experience the Fraser Valley with exceptional comfort and style. This cozy, spotless home has great multi-use spaces. The adults can share a quiet conversation around the fire while kids play ping-pong, games, or watch TV in the down stairs family room. It opens up onto a large meadow where sledding, snowman and tunnel building can entertain kids young and old for hours.
Cozy and Sunny:
Your gathering begins in the sunny great room where you enjoy the peaceful view of the forest and meadow while preparing your special recipes in the gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen or from the comfortable seating. The round, large expanse of glass and warm cedar ceilings make you feel like you're part of the natural surroundings. This level includes the master bedroom with a private bath and walk in closet, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, 2nd full bath, and a deck with barbecue. The lower level walk out includes a large family room with a ping-pong table, satellite TV, VCR/DVD/CD player, game table and wet bar. There are two additional bedrooms, full bath, and laundry room. Gaze at the bright stars In the new hot tub located off the lower level. Summer activities includes the Winter Park base area with alpine slide, miniature golf, maze, and climbing wall. Mountain bike on many marked trails, hike in famous Rocky Mountain National, or golf at renown Pole Creek. Soak at Hot Sulphur Springs.
This is absolutely a No Smoking and No Pets home. Sleeping accommodations are Five Queen Beds, one full bed, four twin beds, crib, and a comfortable queen sleeper couch. There are no futons or bunk beds, as we find these uncomfortable for our guests. The hot water heating system has six separate controls for your comfort.
