Beautiful golf course home in the Mews of New Seabury. This sunny, year-round, home offers the versatility for family vacations, golf getaways, or peace and quiet. Venture out to one of the many local sandy beaches (only one mile from the beach). Beautifully landscaped yard with pool and patio overlooking the golf course green, the perfect spot for families, barbeques, or a romantic getaway. Large living room, den and dining room beautifully furnished and maintained. Close to Popponessett Inn & Marketplace, The Raw Bar, & Mashpee Commons shopping.

Miles of beach and trails to walk, bike, or jog are just outside your vacation home. A short walk to the Marketplace where you can rent bikes, play mini golf, shop, eat pizza, ice cream, or enjoy the raw bar is awaiting you. Weekend nights live music for all ages is provided free of change. A short three mile drive brings you to the well-known Mashpee Commons with its 90+ shops of all kinds, foods, drinks, and a movie are all there for you as you stroll around. There are also three supermarkets right there in the area. Your picks for eating out within fifteen minutes are unlimited. The summer is ablaze with things to do on the Cape or you can opt for a day trip to the Islands if you wish. Whatever you decide, the days and nights are yours this summer at your own vacation home.
