This comfortable home is located in exclusive Tahoe-Donner on a large lot that backs to a greenbelt with towering pines that create a serene and peaceful setting to relax and read a good book or to just kick-back after a hard day of play. The house is a beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath featuring an open floor plan, remodeled kitchen, skylights, pine ceilings/accent walls, and front and rear decks.
Tahoe Donner has its own down-hill ski area, perfect for beginners and those looking for a day of skiing without the crowds of the bigger resorts.
Bring the whole family, including your beloved dog. The house is pet friendly but please, do not leave your pet alone in the house, even the best behaved dogs can act-out when left alone in a strange environment. Also, pets are not allowed on the furniture.
