Deer Park is located in the heart of the White Mountains close to many attractions & nestled away in its own private community. TV's in all rooms with DVD/VCR in LR, master bed has a king and guest rm has a queen and full bed, both rooms have private full bath, open space in LR overlooking the deck and wooded backyard, outdoor grill and patio set for those relaxing days and nights, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots & pans and all the necessities, ample seating in LR / DR for 6, half bath on 1st flr and washer and dryer for your convenience, close to tennis courts, the Pemi-River and the clubhouse. The clubhouse is well maintained and hosts a large indoor pool and hot tub, exercise room, racquetball & wally-ball, the second flr has 2 large rooms where you can play ping pong and pool, this area overlooks the private spring fed 5 acre beach and beautiful views!

Summer getaway

We are New Englanders who now live in the south, and chose to escape the "heat: by going to the White Mountains. We had only been in the Loon Mtn. area for winter skiing during the years our children were at home.

Deer Park Resort and this condo certainly met all our expectations-from the beach, pool, WIFI, Rec Center, views, and well-equipped condo.

For walkers, one loop is 1.1 miles. If we added the walking trail, the loop is @ 1.5 miles. People are very courteous and drive slowly so that you don't fear for your life.

It's an easy walk to Peg's restaurant for a very good breakfast We had dinner across the street at the tavern which was also excellent.

We are "alledgedly" golfers and played at several golf courses in the area. Our favorites were Waumbeck (in Jefferson) and White Mountains Country Club (Ashland). they were very reasonably priced and challenging enough for our handicap..

There are plenty of sights to see and shopping to do (North Conway outlets are great!) If you prefer quiet, reading a book on the condo's deck is very peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation at Deer Park. The condo was very roomy, yet homey. It was in immaculate condition with plenty of supplies. One bonus feature was having a washer and dryer right in the unit so that wet ski clothes and bathing suits could be ready for the next day. We enjoyed many nights by the fire while our children sprawled out on the floor playing board games. The rec. center was another bonus feature. The children enjoyed the pool immensely - it was not busy at all even during peak times. Sledding was also a great time at the slope behind the Common Man Restaurant. The proximity of the town with its grocery store and restaurants was very convenient. We would recommend this condo to any one traveling with their families looking for a ski get-away.

A little piece of heaven

Gorgeous Mountain views, it is prime location whether you are a skier, leave peeper, or summer fun friend. The Clubhouse is surrounded by magnificient Mountians, with all the amenties from swimming to the game room to the raquette ball courts, and the Community Area with tables and couches. You are just a short drive from shopping. So enjoy the Condo, with beautiful woodworking with a open homie feel as you kick back and enjoy the fireplace and let yourself relax.

This place is beautiful! Very clean and welcoming. Huge cathedral ceiling. The open second floor overlooking the lower level is where modern meets cozy. Beautiful, easy-to-use fireplace. Kitchen is well-stocked and ready for cooking, just bring your food. Bedrooms are huge with lots of closet space. Beds are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are immaculate. Parking is right outside the front door...couldn't be more convenient. The grounds are beautiful. The clubhouse has everything you need to keep you entertained off the slopes. My only complaint is that our weekend ended and we had to leave.

Don't pass up this place. You WILL NOT be disappointed!
