This tropical one bedroom villa just had the sleeper sofa and mattresses changed in the last few months. Built in 1995, it is beautifully decorated, fully furnished, has pergo wood floors all throughout. Located on the ground floor with private patio; it is equipped down to the bottle opener. Two blocks from the beach on the north end of Fort Lauderdale known for its beaches and the sport fishing capital of the world. Very quiet street and building just right to relax, close to all the restaurants and bars, absolutely perfect for fun times. A nearby public park has tennis courts, children play area, bocce courts, soccer field, basketball courts and a walking trail. Within walking distance you will find the entertaining and pristine Lauderdale by the Sea Beach, a supermarket, major pharmacy, mailing center, a sporting center and a gym ... you won't need a car! Everyone welcome, including families with well behaved young children. Some exceptions may be allowed for small pets.
