Quiet and comfortable, our fully equipped and updated condo has one bedroom with a brand new deluxe Stearns and Foster plush queen bed, a/c in the bedroom, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, large counter area with bar stools, dining table that expands for four to dine, digital cable flat screen TV/VCR/DVD, secure high speed wireless internet connection, private deck area as well as common enclosed yard and parking for one car. Condo complex also has laundry facilities and a bike rack.

This sunny one bedroom condo on Washington Avenue is only steps to the restaurants and shops of Commercial Street and the beach. Surrounded by the Cape Cod National Seashore, Provincetown has a number of beaches within a short distance. In addition to enjoying the Seashore, Whale Watch Cruises leave multiple times per day in the Summer to observe the whales in their natural habitat offshore from the Cape. Whether it is for an off season weekend or a summer week, this is the perfect place for one or two people looking for a relaxing vacation in Provincetown. Sorry no smoking or pets. Our first trip to Provincetown was in 1988 and we instantly fell for the charm and beauty of this area in Cape Cod. We stay in our condo during our vacation and enjoy sharing it with others when we can't be there!

This cute and cozy condo was just perfect. Well-kept, and quiet it was everything we could have asked for. The condo is in a perfect location, near the town beach, the town center, great shops, and resturants. It is very close to the action yet quiet enough to enjoy the rainy nights in. We loved the fact that there was no t.v. in the bedroom, finally someone understands that televisions don't belong in bedrooms. Lynn and Sarah thought of everything, the condo is full of great books, games, and tourist information. The kitchen was great there was everything we needed to cook a full meal. The washer and dryer were a big plus. The property as a whole was very clean and the description was accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. This property is truly the best kept secert in Provincetown. Thanks again ladies, hope to see you both next year!
