27th floor private penthouse, 100 steps from Waikiki beach and in the center of the new Waikiki Beachwalk District. Full kitchen with new Italian granite and stainless steel appliances. One bedroom with queen size bed. Large lanai with ocean view, has private access to rooftop pool, hot tub, and sun-deck. Amenities include on-site restaurant, coin-op laundry, activity desk, 24-hour check-in, bell service & work-out facility. DVD rentals for $3 each and valet parking available for a $25 daily fee. Non smoking unit. Please note: The other penthouse unit has an adjoining lanai and occasionally accesses the pool area by way of this units lanai. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Flat screen TVs in both living room and bedroom. Living room has DVD player. Unit has free high speed internet connection. Come live and play in beautiful Waikiki ! We love the location of The Imperial of Waikiki because it is in the middle of the best shopping, restaurants and beaches in Hawaii!

We're only about 100 steps to the beach, located on the best block in Waikiki with the finest restaurants just steps away. The International Marketplace and Convention Center are also within walking distance. The Botanical Garden is just 4mi away and Iolani Palace just 5mi. We are 10mi from the Honolulu Airport and 14mi from the golf course & Pearl Harbour. This is a luxurious penthouse unit at a regular hotel price!

Amazing Rental: We recently renovated our entire unit. It has imported Italian granite counter tops in the kitchen and bath, cherry cabinets, solid wood doors and trim and high quality appliances and fixtures. It shares a private pool/hot tub access with the other penthouse unit. It is penthouse luxury at a regular hotel price!

Hotel Features: The Imperial Hotel (where our unit is located) has an owners lounge one floor below us which is great for those with late flights out. You are welcome to stay there on your check out day until you leave for the airport. There is a big screen TV and pool table in the lounge. If you want to go to the beach on day of check out, you can take your luggage to the front desk to be put in a locked room and shower in the owner's lounge before you leave for the airport.

Hotel Fees DO NOT Apply To This Unit: You will have access to the Kalia Spa/gym and access to the computers and owner's lounge one floor below at no extra charge. There is also a coin operated laundry facility and towel exchange located on the 2nd floor. A phone in the unit provides you with unlimited local and toll free calling. We now also have a free high speed internet connection!

We just checked out of this penthouse after a two week stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the unit. It is in the middle of everything, but quiet and convenient. The views from the lanai are terrific!

The unit was very clean and well stocked. We were a bit concerned initially as there is no oven or grill, but the countertop oven works just great. The staff of the Imperial are very friendly and accommodating. We will return!

More than lived up to our expectation. First class accommodations, very clean and friendly staff. Loved the location. The best of Wakiki right outside the door. We also liked the private pool entrance, and the spacious lanai. Would definitely recommend.
