This is a charming 1940's style Townhouse/Loft in sunny Venice. The building features 1920's polished cement tiles, very high exposed ceilings, a custom built spiral staircase a stylish 1940/50's feel. The perfect space for a working holiday, or just come and chill. A fully furnished apt just 1 street over from the quaint Venice walk streets and 4-blocks to Abbott Kinney Blvd. 20 minute walks to Santa Monica’s Main Street for shopping or The Rose Café (Main & Rose), to the beach or to the Venice canals. 12 minute walk to the new Whole Foods Market on Rose & Lincoln. We have 2-adult bicycles & 2 children's bikes. Beach towels, boogie boards provided for beach . The yard with gardens and a pond with Grecian Goddess fountain housing turtles and gold fish offer a lovely place to relax and wind down. We have Wi-Fi, Ipod dock/CD Player & 2-flat screeen T.V.s.
