A bit off the busy center of Carvoeiro, Casa Cappa is situated on a gentle hill near the cozy village of Sesmarias, where you will find some cafes, restaurants and a little supermarket. Within 5 minutes drive you will find fantastic beaches, a water park, golf and tennis club. This generously sized detached house is built on one level with pool and garden, beach volleyball court and table tenis in a quiet area on a 6000 sqm plot, with panoramic sea views. Accommodation includes 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room (100 m²) with satellite TV, wood stove and patio doors to pool and barbecue terrace. All rooms are artistically and individually designed, with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Studio 'Morocco' with master bed, bathroom en suite, priv. terrace and 1 apartment with 2 single beds, bathroom and lounge/kitchenete are also available for a small suplement. (Fotos available)
