Our fabulous beach house is available in the exclusive Saugatuck Shores area, literally steps to the water (150 steps to be exact!). The neighborhood is great for walking, running, roller blading or biking. The house is located on a peninsula, so there is water at every turn. You will experience the truly spectacular morning sunrises and afternoon sunsets! In the summer, you can walk to the yacht club for an informal lunch and choose to lounge on several small beaches. The home is located within easy distance of the highways (I-95 and the Merritt Parkway), the train station and the downtown areas of Westport and South Norwalk with all their shops and restaurants.

Our beautifully decorated home has loads of color and is arranged with the principles of feng shui in mind. The home has three bedrooms downstairs. Another bedroom encompasses the entire second floor loft space, making it a wonderful enchanted playroom for kids, or a meditation/yoga room for adults. There are two bathrooms done by Waterworks, a brand new gourmet kitchen boasting a Viking range, Miele dishwasher, and farmhouse sink. The dining alcove is especially sweet as it is strewn with seashells! And, there are two enclosed porches plus an extra large yard enclosed with a white picket fence. One car garage and plenty of off-street parking in front of the house.

Fully furnished executive rental great for short-term stays in the area for business or pleasure.

Westport is a fabulous town with great restaurants, lots of charm, loads of amenities and plenty of town activities. House is also very close to the South Norwalk area with its bounty of restaurants, shops and movie theatres.

Golf: Monthly renters are able to purchase a pass to all the town's amenities including golf at the Longshore Country Club, not even a 5 minute drive from the house.

Great beach cottage

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and we loved the cottage and the location was 2 houses away from the beach road and a lovely walk along Saugatuck shore. Cottage was very cute with small but nice kitchen (viking appliances, granite, etc) and large upstairs loft area. Very nicely decorated (modern but cosy). Owner was very friendly and helpful. Only 5 mins drive from Westport train station. Nice yard at back and screened in porch. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay on Cloud 9

We had a fabulous 3 week stay at 9 Rowland Place - or as it is aptly called "Cloud 9." The house is delightful with a screened in porch, a well stocked kitchen with a great gas stove, an office space on the second floor to die for - and my dog enjoyed the large fenced-in yard very much. I loved listening to the rustle of the bamboo sitting on the porch and, as a runner and walker, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and you'll hear the sounds of sea birds and clanking wires on the sailboats. Pam was extraordinarily responsive anytime we had a question or if something needed taken care of in the house (which only happened once and was minor), it was done in no time flat. I would, and have, recommended Cloud 9 to friends.
