The Ripple Cove House is a large 5 bedroom house with private beach rights and has everything you need for your Cape Cod vacation. It is located on a peninsula in Hyannis and nestled in a secluded neighborhood near 4 salt water beaches - one a private beach located just under a 2 minute walk away. The home features 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, an outside shower, a deck with a gas grill, a private back yard and two large family rooms. This house is beautiful and well maintained. It boasts being in one of the best locations for a summer vacation.

With high speed internet access you can keep in touch with family, friends or work. We also provide air conditioning .

Close to everything: The Ripple Cove House is located at Ripple Cove Road, a seven minute WALK to the Hyannis Harbor docks where you will catch a Hy-Line or Steamship ferry for a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard and brings you to several restaurants. Fishing, a harbor cruise, or a sunset sail can all be found at the Hyannis Harbor docks.

Two house lots away you can walk to a small private beach which then brings you onto a much larger beach called Veterans Beach which has a snack bar, bathrooms and a picnic area. Beyond Veterans Beach you can walk along the bay to Kalmus Beach. The house is a ten minute walk to Main Street where you can find endless shops and every type of restaurant. You can reach Main Street with its many restaurants in just over 10 minutes by foot . There is also an arcade and a carousel for the kids.

Floor Plan: The Ripple Cove House is a spacious house and has a well thought out floor design to create a casual atmosphere. Two living rooms give you a place to spread out for privacy or a place to send the kids. Ripple Cove House is a split level ranch - when you enter the front door - six steps will lead you into a well appointed living room - to the right is the dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave and a small island. Off the kitchen there is a small outdoor deck which overlooks the yard with table, chairs and a gas grill. To the right of the livingroom is a long hall which brings you to the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom 2 has two twin beds and the master bedroom has one king bed. Across from bedroom 1 and 2 is a large bathroom with two sinks, bath tub and shower. In the master bedroom there is a bathroom with a shower.

Floor Plan: Seven steps down will bring you to a bedroom which has one king bed and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed. Across from these bedrooms is a bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. To the left is a large family room with fireplace, TV, games and books. The family room also has two twin beds. This house is perfect for the extended family.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a great stay here Summer 2012 and plan to return next year. We had 6 people, including 2 young children, and there was more than enough room - we could have had a bunch more relatives with us. The kids had tons of space to play. Everything was clean and as described.
The best part was the beach just a few steps away - there was a very quiet section of beach that was perfect for the kids, no big waves or crowds, and fun exploring at low tide. The adults enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants nearby as well. We pretty much stayed within walking distance the whole week.
The owners were very reponsive to all of our questions and needs, and even bought a blender when we mentioned we would like to make smoothies.
We will definitely be returning here.

Perfect for family get together

We stayed this spring for 2 nights in the Ripple Cove House. I had never rented a home by only seeing pictures online so was very nervous. The house turned out to be great for our needs. We had 8 adults and 3 children with us and had PLENTY of room for both sleeping arrangements and common area gathering. We actually didn't even use some of the rooms in the downstairs. The owners were great with communications regarding payments, etc... They were on time for check in and came within 10 minutes for us to check out. The weather was nice, so we were able to use the beach which was a very close walk (under 1 minute). The beach itself was great / safe at low tide for the children we had with us. THe only suggestion I would have made to the owners would have been to cut back the bushes in the backyard. Our kids were playing with various balls (soccer/lacrosse) and lost a couple in the tangle of bushes and thorns. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this house for larger groups without hesitation. I know that we will be contacting the owners to rent again in the future!

Beautiful home and great location!

Four of my closest friends and I stayed in this home for a week this spring and found it to be very pleasant. We were very impressed with the owners, Jay and Tawnya, as we were originally supposed to rent out their other house around the corner, but they were concerned about renovations going and didn't want to disrupt our experience so had us stay here at no extra charge. The house itself is very clean, very spacious, and has an amazing deck and backyard. The location is also so convenient - minutes from downtown Hyannis and so close to the beach. Overall our stay here really made our experience (for some of us - our first!) on the Cape perfect.

Besides two days of rain, there was nothing that needed improvement !! We loved the house, location and everything. My husband was able to work via cable internet wifi giving us more time here. The two weeks went by too fast! We loved it. Thanks for helping our family to make our Cape Cod memories!

Loved it!

We stayed at this house and what a great time we had! The house was a short walk from the beach where there were plenty of crabs for the kids to play with, a volleyball court, and a playground. We were also only a short distance from downtown Hyannis, which is a great walking town. As far as the house, we all slept comfortably! Plenty of space to move around and for private time. In addition, the owners were very accommodating! Anything we needed, they were more than happy to provide!
