This 3 story 6BR/6.5BA beach house has it all...a private pool, elevator to the 3rd floor, great ocean views, and the rates to go with it!!! Sleeping up to 16 people there is plenty of room for the entire family..the first floor has a fully applianced kitchen, large living area, ceramic tile, balcony, 1st floor bedroom w/ a queen & a private bath with a step in shower. The 2nd floor has a master suite with 1 king, a jacuzzi tub, and private balcony with ocean views, 2nd bedroom has 2 doubles and a private bath, 3rd bedroom has a queen and a private bath. The 3rd floor has 1 queen bedroom and a extra large bedroom/media Area with at least 2 doubles..great for the kids young or old complete with a gaming station, game table, and much more. 7 TVs, VCR, DVD players, stereo, full size washer/dryer. There is a private pool complete w/ a grill, outside shower, lounge chairs, and table. There is covered parking and a private driveway. Just steps to the ocean with a direct beach access!

Beautiful House in a Beautiful Location

This is a beautiful house that completely met our needs for a getaway location on New Year's Eve with the kids. We rented this place with another couple and their two kids. All of our kids had their own rooms on a separate floor and we were able to drink and play games with our friends and not have to worry about the kids.

Initially, I was concerned that since the house did not have wireless internet, we'd go a little nuts being separated from work and hobbies, but it was perfect because we were not tempted to go online. We were really able to enjoy the house, the beach and eachother.

The rental agency was very accomodating in allowing us to pick up the keys after-hours at a pre-determined location. Those with kids know that being somewhere at 5:00pm means that you actually get there at 5:30 or 6:00.

Anyway, the house was fantastic, exceeding our expectations. When we left, our 3 year old was sad and she didn't want "anyone to stay in our beach house."

We will definitely stay again in this area and use the same rental agency. No complaints at all.

I took my family (wife and three teenagers) and my parents and in-laws to say at this house. My Mom is disabled, so the elevator was great! We enjoyed the quiet surroundings of Surfside Beach. We rented bikes and enjoyed the slow and quiet side streets.

The house was well-kept and just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. It was nice to enjoy the small backyard pool.

If you like a slower vacation - this property supports that. If you want to be on the go - you're close enough to Myrtle Beach to hit all the highlights.
