1st floor condo in new gated community. 4 TV/DVD/VCRs, very well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Our condo is a brief (10 minute) walk to the Grand Strand which is one of the best beaches in the USA. Community amenities include swimming pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs and exercise rooms equipped with state of the art equipment and machines.

All of the major chains such as Hard Rock Cafe and Planet Hollywood but also many one of a kind eateries for fresh seafood, Mexican, Italian, you name it. Myrtle Beach is also a shopper's delight. You can spend an entire day at Barefoot Landing and not have time to browse all of the shops. It would never rain on your vacation but if it did, there is plenty of local activity. And of course there is the Grand Strand. Coastal Living Magazine lists the Grand Strand as one of the ten best beaches in the USA. What I like about our condo is once you get there you don't have to get into your car again. We are located on the East side of Rt. 17 (ocean side). You can walk to the ocean, grocery store, library and to Main Street, the home of the Shag dance. If you have not experienced Shag music, get to Fat Harold's on Main Street before you leave. At least a half of dozen restaurants are in walking distance as well. Ocean Keyes is a beautiful and well maintained community. Our neighbors are lovely and thoughtful. If you are the type of person who wants many activities to chose from, then hop in your car and in 10-15 minutes, your dreams will come true. There are many activities for all age groups. We hope you enjoy our place as much as we do!

The unit was nice and clean. When we left things were the same way when we arrived. The walk to the beach was a little more then I expected but we rented a golf cart and that took care of everything. I was sorry to hear the property is no longer allow ing carts as to many people did not abide by the rules!
Owner's Response: Thank you for your response. I too am sorry regarding the golf cart situation. We are on the waiting list to get a golf cart. I hope you keep us in mind for the future.
