Central air for those hot summer days and high speed Internet for those computer addicts. This was the first time we rented a vacation house and we were very pleased with everything. The property was just as described, very clean, private and in a quiet part of town. Red River beach is about a 10 minute walk. The owner called when we arrived to make sure everything was OK and told us where to find all the local spots we needed (Pizza, groceries, etc.) We enjoyed many breakfasts and dinners on the large back deck and got plenty of use out of the barbeque. We would stay here again.
