Unique Loft Rental with Private Lake and 300 Acres of Trails

This Loft was perfect for our getaway weekend from New York City. Its close proximity to good roads and all of the shops and amenities in New Paltz make it an ideal location. However, you're not going to want to leave the property once you see it! The 300 acres contain a picture-perfect lake complete with boats and a volleyball court. There are also miles of beautiful, wooded hiking trails and a gorgeous apple orchard.

Inside the loft is every man's dream-a fully-equipped bar, regulation pool table, and high-end entertainment center! The place was roomy and comfortable and the kitchen and outdoor grill meant that we could cook all our meals at home. There are plenty of beds and the quiet of the country made for a great night's sleep.

Ricky, the owner, is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. He is incredibly helpful and always on the property taking care of little jobs and maintaining the land. He even brought us firewood so we could roast marshmallows in the outdoor firepit! He has big plans to continue to develop the property so that it can eventually accommodate weddings. I couldn't think of a more picturesque spot to get married!

I would highly recommend this rental for people looking to get away from it all for a weekend or even longer. The price is right, the owner is fantastic, and the property is the perfect setting for a country retreat. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to all of my friends!
