Enjoy a piece of paradise with beautiful views of wide, white sugar-sand beaches from a brand new condo (March, 2007) professional and beautifully decorated. This unit is located on the 11th floor of the second new high rise constructed on the Seascape Resort Property. The condo has nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile floors, granite counter tops, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven and built in microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with every small appliance and cooking utensil. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining area has a bar with bar stools and table able to seat 6 comfortably. The living room features a generously sized sleeper sofa. There is a new flat panel TV and DVD player in the living area. Sliding glass doors lead to the patio that is furnished with an outdoor dining set and chase lounges.

The property contains over 2000 feet of beach front access to the white powder sands of the Gulf, eight tennis courts, five pools, on-site Conference Center, several fresh water lakes, and beach service. There is a coffee shop (small restaurant) and fabulous work out facility for Ariel Dunes II guests on the ground floor of the building. Additional dining within walking distance is located at the Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill which has seaside dining and live entertainment. For beach and water sports enjoyment, there are rentals available for beach chairs and umbrellas, parasailing and boating. Ariel Dunes II is located within one mile of great shopping and dining at the near-by Silver Shells Outlet Mall.
