This year-round, lakefront cottage is for rent on the lower basin of Lake James, one of Indiana's most beautiful sports lakes. The cottage has three bedrooms [two with full-sized beds and one with twin beds] and a living area at the lower level walkout that has a full-size pull-out couch. The cottage sleeps a total of 8-10 adults. This cottage is fully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, including microwave and blender. Each floor has a full bath with a washer and dryer on the lower level. The cottage also offers cable TV / DVD, high-speed internet, and central air. A beautiful view of Lake James sunsets can be soaked in from the large deck across the front of the cottage. The cottage also includes an outdoor gas grill for barbecuing, a great lakeside yard for games, and a fire pit. The natural, sandy lake bottom is great for swimming so bring all your water toys and floats. Private dock with boat tie-ups included. Ample parking available.
