Located just 5 miles from downtown San Jose del Cabo, this great little ocean view solar cottage has it all.

Enjoy home cooked meals on your own private patio, from this solar powered cottage. Or, if you don't feel like cooking, take a short walk down to the beach where our local bar and grill, Buzzards, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, just a few short steps from the casita, is a beautiful white sandy beach. From late Nov to March, you're sure to see and hear the Grey and Humpack whales as they pass by. Surf spots are just a few miles up the road. Wireless internet available! Pets will be considered! ** I now proudly serve Kangen/Enagic water to all my guests.

About The Owner

I purchased this lot while on vacation in 1987..and starting the long process of building. built the guest cottage first, lived in it and it's been my rental now for 17 years. I also built in 2004, a main house, which I still live in today.
