Downstairs there is a half bath, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The dining area has a large table that seats six and additional seating for four at the bar. The great room has three recliners, as well as, a queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a large entertainment center with a cable TV/VCR/DVD and a stereo with a five disc CD player. The patio out back has a 'bistro' table and chairs, charcoal grill, and four bikes(three adults bikes - one child's) to use free of charge (Note - baby seat available). Next to the patio is a conveniently located washer and dryer. From the front porch, you will catch a glimpse of one of the eleven pools within our complex. Upstairs you will find two beautifully furnished bedrooms, each containing King size beds, cable TVs, and spacious closets. Outside of the master bedroom is an outdoor balcony with lounge chairs and a table. There is also a full bath with tub/shower. You will also find an ample supply of linens,a hair dryer, iron with ironing board.

I never met the owner in person yet, but I look forward to stay in that condo again. We had hot water all the time and it is COMMON KNOWLEDGE, that sometimes you have to wait for a moment for the water to heat up again.The owner called few times to make sure we had all we needed. great communication.I will be there next week again. Thank you Katrina, for sharing your house with us.

We had a great time, thanks for sharing you house. The complex was Easy to get into and out of. Walk to the beach was not bad at all. I thought we were having problems with the hot water downstairs but only had to let it run for a few min. Hope to stay again.

Where do I start. Last year, in August deceided to go to FL for a vacation. I invited a friend to go with us. He had not been on a Vacation in about 4 or 5 years. I just wanted to him to enjoy himself and feel as a third will. Well we did. The neighbor Mr. Ed was so nice. Everyone in the community whether they live there or are visiting we so nice. It was a short walking distance to the beach. Loved that. It was very close to Wal-Mart, and Publix. Loved that across the road the beach area also had a pool if you wanted to just chill at the pool. The fact that there is 11 pools just made me happy. Loved that you could also Putt Putt Golf. The best feature was Rocket Town. It was so much fun. Our friend found a friend in FL for life. They are still in touch to this day. We all went to Rocket Town. When I walked in was shocked. It was a place for everyone. Your family could bowl, the kids could just go Roller Skating and the Adults hang out elsewhere still in the same place as their children. The best part of the Condo/townhome was that is was gate secured. When you enter you had a pass to get back in. I also loved the the gates we coded so you could leave and enter. I would definatly be back. The owner is a pleasure to work with. She is very nice.. Once you stay you won't want to leave. It is an awsome place to take a family and to just have a friends week away from family and work.....

no hot water

Property was nice-as described,but we were without hot water for our entire 4 day stay.
We contacted the owners but they did not have the repairs done while we were there. This was very disappointing, for us, and our young children to have to take cold showers during our vacation.
Aside from no hot water, our stay was enjoyable.
Owner's Response: I responded promptly to the call when it was received. I spoke with the renters spouse who told me that there was hot water it simply ran out. Any water heater will run out of hot water if several people take long hot showers back to back. I had my property manager go by immediately. He verified that there was no problem with the water getting hot. I followed up with the renter again to let them know why they were running out of hot water and to ask if there was anything I could do to accomodate them further. I personally stayed in this unit upon their check out only to find there was no problem with lack of hot water. This was the only person to ever mention a problem and I tried to make them happy and sometimes you can't please people no matter what you do! It is strange to me that they chose to write a complaint over 7 months after their stay instead of letting me know what I could do to make them happy while they were there!
