Ample windows create a bright & airy setting perfect for your family’s relaxing summer escape. Just steps to the white sand beach or stroll along the boardwalk. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower & entertain on the private rear deck, or enjoy the shade under the front covered porch. Other features include an ocean view, central air, private off-street parking for 3 cars, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, wireless internet, stereo w/CD/DVD player.   • $200 security deposit required (refunded after stay as long as the unit is in the same condition as when rented).
    Rental rates apply to advance reservations only and are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total rental charge is required in order to confirm the reservation. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.
    Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival and must be received in the form of a written letter or email. If a reservation is canceled within 30 days of your arrival date, there is a forfeiture of the deposit fee, unless we are able to secure another reservation for the same period at the same rental rate. No refunds for early departures.
    Renting to families and 25+ only.
    This is a non-smoking / no-pets unit.

Atlantic City (Distance 45 miles) guarantees fast-paced excitement and non-stop activities including: casino gaming, spas, world-class entertainment, nightlife, fine dining, high-end retail shopping and brand-name discount outlets.

Cape May Attractions: Cape May (Distance 5 miles) offers a variety of family oriented attractions including the Washington Street Mall, the Lighthouse, fine dining. The Washington Street Mall has shops and restaurants to suit a variety of tastes. You can find ice cream parlors, candy shops (The Jersey shore is know for it's salt water taffies, nuts and fudge), toy shops, Antiques, clothing, collectibles, cafes, pizza parlors, restaurants and more. We had an excellent time on our vacation this year. The condo was absolutely perfect! It was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and had tons of ammenities! The location was perfect! Very close to the beach and the boardwalk! Couldn't have found a more perfect place if we tried! Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back!

Ideal vacation rental. The location is perfect and the condo is pictured exactly as it is. The unit has everything you need making yourself feel right at home. There are 2 decks with one being covered to escape from the hot sun. Usually I don't cook much when I rent but this time I cooked 3 times because the home was fully equipped with everything you would need. I will definitely rent again.

My friend and I rented for the week and commented on the way home that it was the most relaxing vacation that we've ever had. The homeowners' attention to detail is flawless - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds & pullouts, beautiful bath. All the comforts of home!! We will definitely be renting this condo again! Thanks!

Everything you could want for a relaxing vacation. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Tons of movies on hand for those who wish to stay home, just a few houses away from a beach with a lifeguard on duty and an amusement pier. A liquor and grocery store less than a block away. Ample refrigerator space, good closets, and nice hardwood floors for easy cleanup. It was fun finding all of the hidden treasures this quaint apartment provides. Also extremely clean and efficient, but plenty of space for a single family.

My family remarked upon the gold mine I had found in this apartment. We will be renting it again for future vacations.

I have to thank Frank & Dodie for sharing their wonderful condo. They have truly thought of everything. My family and I felt so at home because of the beauty and cleanliness of the condo. And let me tell you about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The boardwalk is about 1/2 block away. The view is beautiful. Having both a front and back deck was awesome.

I'm hoping that this condo will be available for our future Wildwood vacations.
