Comes complete with Bay View, Tiki Bar on rear deck, out door shower, washer dryer, new kitchen with dish washer and ice maker in the refrigerator, new baths, new beds, basically totally new top to bottom. Short walk to Ocean and Bay. Walk to restaurants/ bars. This is a quaint family community that is only available by ferry. No Cars. All of Fire Island is available through the use of water taxi's or Lateral Ferries. Each community is unique and interesting in it's own right.

This is a unique community with no cars and walking to all beaches. A real family community with a unique flavor. Although you can walk in for the day from Field 5 of Robert Moses State Park (make sure to stop and see the Fire Island Light House on the way in) the best way is to take the Bay Shore Ferries to Kismet Spend the day at the beach and after a nice hot outdoor shower, you can join the crowd for coctails and good food at either the Kismet Inne or the Kismet Out. Take either a Water Taxi or the Lateral Ferry to one of 22 communities on the Island We have an air conditioned home with bamboo floors and all the amenities. .

Beautiful house, everything like new inside. Lots of outdoor space front and back. Tiki bar obviously awesome but loved the deck up front off the great room. Has everything you need and owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Perfect ParadOz Weekend

My family and I stayed at ParadOz for a long weekend and the experience could not have been more enjoyable. This rental is situated on a quieter street and has every imaginable amenity - we were definitely the envy of other family members who rented elsewhere. Geri and Bob are great people who love their Kismet house and it shows. No real downside except that I had to leave my mini-dachshunds home and they love the island. I would recommend ParadOz to anyone looking for a 5-star "island vacation" experience.
Owner's Response: Although we rarely rent for less than a week it was a pleasure having Terry stay at our home. Thank you for the nice words and thank you for taking care of our home. We are very happy you had a good time...We always try to remember that when you rent our home, we try to supply what we can to make your stay a real vacation.

PARADOZ is comfortable and clean, with everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. The house is more than fully equipped for a delightful week away from the cares of daily living. just bring food and a bathing suit and you'll be very surprised how fast the week goes by. Enjoy

Paradise Found at ParadOz

I have spent a lot of time in Kismet, and as someone who has been in a lot of houses on Fire Island, I can honestly say you will not be disappointed by ParadOz. Everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach or a night in the house is present and accounted for, and I found the owners were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Upon entering the house you will feel as though you just stepped into a page right out of Coastal Living magazine. If you really want to enjoy your Kismet experience, make sure you eat at The Out. The food is some of the best you will find at the beach or on the mainland. The Kismet sunsets can't be beat (enjoy them at the bay which is just footsteps away). However, you never even need to leave the house for relaxation or fun (check out the Tiki Bar). I am already counting the days until next summer...
