The Seasons of Lake Tahoe:
Lake Tahoe is amazingly different in every season. Like turning the pages on a calendar.
Summer: Is not too hot (we are at 6,200 ft elevation!) so it's boating, biking, tennis, swimming, beach life, BBQ's and sunbathing.
Fall: Indian summer (Our Favorite season.) It's quiet - relaxed - beautiful colors in the meadows and the trees - salmon are spawning in the creeks - still great boating weather.
Winter: Let it snow - Let it snow - Let it snow! Our Winter Wonderland is indescribably beautiful. Best Skiing in USA 14 resorts within an hours drive - Heavenly only 10 mins away.
The Tahoe Keys Resort.:
Tahoe Keys Resort is Lake Tahoe's Premier residential community. (Established 35 years ago) It is a private waterfront community situated on 750 acres, laced with 11 miles of inland waterways, Tahoe Keys is made up of mostly private homes - there are several blocks of condominiums - all residences have access to the common amenities/areas. Tennis Courts, Indoor and outdoor pools, private beach, children's play area. Tahoe Keys has the largest inland marina on Lake Tahoe with powerboat rentals, chandlery, sport fishing charters, jet skiing. Renters need to acquire passes for a nominal fee to use the facilities at The Keys. (Remember to bring your Rental Contract with you.)

This is the best location for your Skiing or Boarding Vacation - 14 Ski Resorts within and hours drive - 6 miles to Heavenly Valley!!!! Large level driveway (parking for 4 vehicles) drive right up to the front entry . Direct level access into laundry and boiler room - warm boots and gloves next morning.
