This is a rare tucked away private wine-country style cottage, below local chain motel room prices! We also have no cleaning fee, which can add a substantial 'hidden' rate increase to other quoted rates. We do have a three night minimum during October thru April, and a four night minimum stay May through September. We take pride in offering this low rate as this is what we also love to discover when we travel. Only 2 minutes to Sebastopol, yet feels like country. Sebastopol is a terrific small West County town with delicious restaurants, fun shopping, and great leisurely walking opportunities. It is a lovely 20 minute drive to the ocean and a direct 15 minute drive to Santa Rosa. Location has nice access to other Sonoma County towns and wineries. We are one hour to Napa Valley or marvelous San Francisco. So much to see and do every season of the year, or just stay 'home' at the cottage and relax!
One bedroom (545 sq. ft.) cottage is next to our main, country house but is completely private, separate, bright, with trees and birds and no visual access from the cottage of our home.
Cottage has ground level entrance (one step). Cheerful and comfy, with gas cooking stove, full kitchen, skylights, coffee maker, microwave, gas fireplace, queen bed, laminate floors, dishes, towels, small deck, T.V./DVD/VCR/CD player, tub and shower, and reserved parking space. Located off a private, paved rural lane. (The main house and cottage are not visible on Google maps street-level view, as they are set back from the road.)
The cottage is ideal for 1-2 people, but can possibly accommodate a third person, especially child. Please ask for details.
IMPORTANT: NO SMOKING in cottage or anywhere on property (sorry, but this is firm). Quiet, private home atmosphere. Small pets may be possible.
No housekeeping service provided, but plenty of clean sheets and towels supplied. Full laundry with detergents in the cottage for your convenience.
