A few minute walk from a bustling and intriguing downtown, the apartment provides ready access to the Traverse Area Recreational Trail for walking, biking and rollerblading down the bay.Only blocks from tennis courts, marinas, playgrounds, Front Street and the Open Space, home of the Cherry Festival and the TC Film Festival. Also walking distance to coffee shops, grocery, pharmacy, churches, hospital, shopping and fabulous restaurants.

Traverse City is a beautiful area rich in both natural and cultural wonders. Located in between two gorgeous bays used for swimming, boating, sailing, and wave-watching. Traverse is surrounded by Lake Michigan to the north and west. Day trips into Leelanau County take you to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Lake Michigan beaches and welcoming towns as you drive along M-22 from Empire to Suttons Bay. Stop along the way for wine tasting at the many local wineries in the area. Downtown TC requires no driving to reach a rich assortment of restaurants, shopping, and activities for all ages. Front Street is home to the historic State Theatre with daily showings. Diverse restaurants appeal to all tastes with choices from sandwiches to sushi. Shop for books, antiques, clothing, art and more in one of the many local boutiques. The apartment is located on the TART (Traverse Area Recreational and Transportation Trail) which is great for walking, biking, or rollerblading along the bay and into town. There is a location for bike storage. There are public tennis courts within 3 blocks of the property that are lit and can be used until 10 or 11 pm. Owner available to answer any questions related to the accommodation and amenities as well as help in planning activities.

Nice roomy apartment

We had a great time with our four year old boys in this apartment. The boys loved the loft and there was plenty of sleeping space. We like to eat in so the kitchen was roomy enough for all of us to prepare meals. Across the street was the beach and the TART trail. Sid was there to help us get everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again next year. I've already told my friends about it!

Great view! Great Location!

Thanks Sid! We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. We found the accomodations to be very comfortable. Loved the deck. I found staying on the west side of the city was great for getting anywhere quickly. With easy access to the TART we were able to bike or walk to many of the places we wanted to go. Best part of all was the view out the window. Hope to be back again sometime soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
