Paradise awaits you at this nicely decorated condo in Endless Summer, a family oriented community. This condo is located a short leisurely stroll from the famous white sands of Panama City Beach and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This warm and inviting 1 bedroom, with TV, 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 guests, with a comfortable and clean queen size bed and a comfy queen size pull-out sofa. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a breakfast bar, bar stools, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Also included for your convenience are a new washer and dryer. The view from the spacious balcony is over looking 1 of the 2 swimming pools, the palm trees and beautiful courtyard landscaping.

Near by attractions: Endless Summer Condo's are close to some very fine eating establishments, Capt. Anderson's Restaurant & Waterfront Market, The Boatyard, Sweet Basil's Bistro and The Gulf Club are just a few of many.. Also Pier park is a new Outlet Mall complex being developed and has a an actual fishing pier where you can rent fishing tackle for the day or just a leisurely scenic stroll. At the end of Thomas Drive you will find Saint Andrews Park, 1,260 acres of beaches, & dunes. The massive rock jetties make for one of the best snorkeling and diving spots on the Gulf Coast, particularly for beginners. Also from the pier in Grand Lagoon, speckled trout, flounder and mullet can be caught in the bay waters. There are tours to Shell Island, swimming with the Dolphins and also lots of water sports. There is something for everyone and it is close by, the beach offers a natural play ground for kids and adults alike, not to mention the famous sunsets every evening, so book early and don't be disappointed.

My husband, I and our 3 young kids spent 6 days at this condo. The price was unbeatable and the communication with the owners was excellent. The condo is very nice. Very clean. It's in an excellent location. You can walk right across the street to the beach, and the balcony overlooks the pool and it's close to everything, but in a quiet location. It was very family friendly. Our kids are 6, 2 and 7 months. I can't wait to return next year. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo!
